Me and my wife stayed there for just shy of a month, it was absolutely a pleasure talking with the hosts, a smoke detector started chirping they were out there the next day replacing the battery in it, the house was very home feeling and not overly vacation and was immaculate inside and out in my opinion. Would highly recommend

This location was great for a month long stay for my family. It is right next to a park for the kids and a quick walk to Lion's Park and the Botanical Gardens. The Botanical Gardens are free and beautiful! Johnathan was very responsive to messages during our stay. He was very helpful to us and kind. We would stay here again!

The house was a lovely place. I love the sunroom, nice beautiful living room and bedrooms. May need an updating in the kitchen and bathroom area. Overall this house is nice clean gorgeous, open space everywhere. Really enjoyed myself at the location.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!" I had such a wonderful time staying at Jonathan‘s place! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent host. Responded quickly to texts. Readily and graciously assisted with need to change our reservation. Attractive, comfortable, modern furnishings and modern appliances, kitchen well equipped with tasteful dishware. Quiet neighborhood across from lovely park. Five minute (or less) drive to downtown and state capitol.
